Are you looking for warehousemen, forwarding agents or customs brokers?

Three specialised companies approved by Eurexpo are at exhibitors’ disposal for the following tasks :

Shipping of goods / equipment: forwarding from any country to Eurexpo, then shipping back to the original location
Taking care of customs formalities
Handling: unloading of goods, setting up on your stand, storage and management of empty packaging, reloading on lorry, etc.
Storage of goods before and after exhibitions taking place at Eurexpo

Initially answering Eurexpo’s main leaders needs of increase, the 10 000 sq area shows a multifunctional feature and includes a 2400 seats retractable auditorium wich can be extended to welcome up to 6000 people. This contributes to welcome:

Conventions and congress from 1 000 to 4 200 seats
Shows up to 6 000 spectators (seating or standing set up)

Trois sociétés spécialisées, agréées par Eurexpo, sont à la disposition des exposants pour effectuer :

Transport de marchandises / matériels : acheminement de tous les pays jusqu’à Eurexpo et réexpédition
Formalités de douane
Manutention : Opération de déchargement, mise en place sur stand, stockage et gestion des emballages vides, rechargement sur camion…
Stockage des marchandises en amont et en aval des salons d’Eurexpo
