Eurexpo Lyon provides a complete range of state-of-the-art audiovisual and IT solutions including image projection, network connections, broadband Internet, etc.

Suspension services

Our in-house suspension services department is on hand to take care of your suspended display, lighting or signage requirements.

Fluids

At Eurexpo Lyon, fluids are channelled through utility ducts around each area, giving a high degree of flexibility in terms of event layouts.

Catering

Eurexpo Lyon has selected six companies that will provide bespoke catering solutions for any event from a cocktail reception to a dinner party to a welcome coffee.

Signage

We propose a range of signage solutions for the Convention Area and Hall 66, to guide your participants and give your event a greater impact. Eurexpo Lyon’s expert teams can also design and produce all your event signage.

Safety procedures
