Meeting rooms
At the same time as running your stand, you may wish to organise a meeting, conference, cocktail party, lunch, etc.
Eurexpo Lyon has 21 modular meeting rooms close to the exhibition halls, divided into 4 areas around the centre:
- Grand Domino : 5 rooms seating 50 to 600 people and a VIP lounge seating 20 people.
- Domino : 5 rooms seating 50 to 400 people
- Patio Sud et Nord : 6 rooms seating 150 to 450 people
- Espace Convention : 5 rooms seating 50 to 500 people, at the heart of the exhibition centre.
You can also reserve the Eurexpo Club, which is a modern VIP hospitality suite for public relations activities, press conferences, cocktail parties, etc.
All these areas have naturally lit foyers, providing a pleasant setting for coffee breaks and drinks parties.
Our team is on hand to help you organise your event and can propose all types of additional service: general installation, AV equipment, catering, hospitality or security staff, etc.
